Valery began her professional career in 2014 as a Sales Officer and joined Maisha at its inception in 2016. As part of the founding leadership, she played a pivotal role in building and structuring the company, contributing to its operational foundation and long-term strategic direction.

As Chief Executive Officer she leads growth strategy, operational performance, and market expansion. With a strong focus on operational excellence, client partnerships, and sustainable business development, Valery continues to position Maisha as a trusted service partner across the sectors it serves.
